Technical structure diagnosis
Non-invasive inspection with high-resolution drone, 3D LiDAR scanner, infrared thermography and resistograph. We generate a georeferenced orthophoto, density profile of beams and thermal damp map. Complete technical report in 3 weeks, without scaffolding.
Pest control
Treatment of woodworm, termites and xylophagous fungi through manual point-by-point injection with boric acid and zinc borate. No mass spraying, no residues. Low toxicity, compatible with heritage conservation regulations and safe for people and pets.
Engineering applied to structural durability
Beam consolidation with bicomponent epoxy resin (70–80 MPa after curing), C24 wood prostheses anchored with fibreglass rods, and repointing with natural hydraulic lime NHL 3.5/5 compatible with existing masonry. Recovery of 100% of load-bearing capacity without replacing the original element.
Heritage conservation
Intervention on listed buildings with minimum intervention criteria: compatible materials in strength, elastic modulus and vapour permeability. Complete technical documentation for Foral Councils and Monuments Historiques, with QR traceability per intervened element.
